Why is giselle not a disney princess

Disney makes someone a Disney Princess based on their deeds. The real reason she isn't a Disney Princess is her animated version is based of the real life actress. So if she were a Disney Princess, Disney Company would have to give her part of the money. I wish we could meet her in the parks.

Sadly Disney won't pay Amy Adams royalties for using her likeness. Also her best look is in the Blue Curtain dress. I wish that outfit was more associated with her than her maiden dress.
