Shoppers can reach the second and third levels via escalators and stairs to visit retailers such as Gap, Banana Republic, Express and the Wolfgang Puck Cafe. Pedestrian bridges on the second and third levels will cross over Glenarm Street to provide access to both sides of the development. Valet parking will be offered on Glenarm; spaces are available below the project, as well as an additional surface spots.
Space on the third level is reserved almost exclusively for restaurants and nightclubs, Spencer said, although no others have been named specifically. In addition to the theaters and Laser Storm, a laser tag facility, the site plan calls for about four additional tenants on the third level. The design also puts much of the retail at street level which is a good strategy in attracting urban shoppers, said Mary Beth Jenkins, a retail consultant and president of the Laramie Co.
